Day 1

Brisbane – Stanthorpe
Travel the Cunningham Highway via Warwick to Thulimbah, stopping to taste the local produce at Sutton’s Juices. Here you will find a variety of apple juices, ciders and brandies. Continue on to the Queensland College of Wine Tourism for lunch followed by a tour of this important educational facility. A short drive takes you to the iconic Ballandean Estate
Winery, Queensland’s oldest family owned and operated winery with the Puglisi Family making wine on the estate since 1931. After a town tour, check into our accommodation for the
next two nights.

Day 2

Apple and Grape Festival Day
Today we explore Stanthorpe's premier festival. Stroll through the main street to view the shop windows decorated for the festival and see the High Street's church decorated with the harvest theme of fruit and flowers. Purchase your own lunch and before the Apple & Grape Festival Grand Parade. During the afternoon, browse the many activities and stalls including the hilarity of the Queensland Grape Crushing Championships where media teams, celebrities and dignitaries battle it out with their fancy footwork to tread a barrel of grapes into a two litre container of juice!

Day 3

Stanthorpe – Brisbane
As we make our way back to Brisbane, we visit the heritage listed Mary Poppins House. Continuing through Gatton, stop for lunch at Plainland before arriving back into Brisbane where your transfers will be arranged.
