Day 1

Sydney – Glen Innes
Departing from Sydney and the Hunter, with morning tea at Thornton, we travel north for a picnic lunch in Gloucester. From here we climb over 3,000 feet to the New England Tablelands. Stretch your legs in Walcha before arriving in the middle of the range in the Celtic town of Glen Innes.

Day 2

Glen Innes – South Bank
Today we travel via Tenterfield and then into the Main Range National Park for a visit to the Queen Mary Falls. Take a short walk to see the falls plummeting almost 40m into the subtropical rainforest. Crossing into Queensland, enjoy lunch in the cattle town of Killarney, before travelling via Warwick to Brisbane. Our city hotel is located at South Bank, made
famous by World Expo ‘88. As well as being central to many cafes and restaurants, our hotel also has free wifi, a gym, pool, sauna and spa—so be sure to bring your swimmers.

Day 3

Brisbane – Free Day – Riverfire
Brisbane’s South Bank is right on the doorstep of many museums, galleries, cultural attractions and sights of Brisbane. Enjoy a free day to explore the Maritime Museum, the Gallery of Modern Art, or go backstage for a tour of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre. You may decide to walk along the river at South Bank, catch a ferry to the Botanical Gardens or take in the view from high in the Wheel of Brisbane. Tonight enjoy Riverfire from the 12th floor function room of our hotel. As the sky lights up with pyrotechnics, enjoy the best view in the house,
along with a three course dinner including soft drinks, beer, wine and juice.

Day 4

Stradbroke Island
Today we board the vehicle ferry to Stradbroke Island. Relax as we cruise across Moreton Bay to Dunwich. Take in the views from Point Lookout and Cylinder Beach, and stretch your
legs at North Gorge Boardwalk after lunch. Returning back to the city, tonight is at your leisure. Try one of the many diverse restaurants in South Bank.

Day 5

Sunshine Coast Hinterland
Today we head north towards the Sunshine Coast to Nambour, one of the fastest growing areas on the coast. After morning tea, continue along the edge of the hinterland towards Montville, often referred to as the creative heart of the hinterland and also home of coffee, chocolate and fudge. Stroll the main street and its boutique shops, purchasing your lunch and
some sweet samples.

Day 6

Brisbane – Grafton
Saying goodbye to our hosts, travel to the heart of the Tweed Valley for a visit to Bucks Farm. Once a dairy farm, this property is now known for its bush foods and exotic fruits. Continue on to Murwillumbah to purchase your own lunch before our journey takes us through the country beef towns of Kyogle and Casino, arriving into Grafton for our overnight stay.

Day 7

Grafton - Sydney
Leaving Grafton, we travel towards Sydney, stopping in Kempsey to visit the Slim Dusty Centre. Enjoy lunch and a guided tour showcasing the life and music of this amazing entertainer. Arriving this afternoon for your drop offs through the Hunter and Sydney.
